Texas requires 16 hours of chiropractic CE per year, due on the first day of the month in which his/ her birthday occurs. 4 Hours of CE must be board required ethics. Live webinars are acceptable for the entire 16 hr requirement.
All chiropractors with an active Colorado DC license must complete a minimum of 15 hours of continuing education (min. of 30 hours per 2-yr license period). Live webinars are acceptable for the entire 15 hour requirement.
Ohio licensees must earn 36 hours of CE per biennium, of which 2 hours must be on the topic of ethics and/or professionalism. No in-state earning requirement. No limit on out of state or online CE hours.
Washington Continuing Education Requirements: 25 hours/ year (birth date renewal). No limit on online CE hours.
Oregon Continuing Education Requirements: 20 hours per year. No limit on online CE hours.
Louisiana Continuing Education Requirements: 15 hours per year, including 2 hours of Risk Management and 1 hour of ethics. Louisiana does not accept online courses, however Collum Seminars live events are accepted.
Mississippi Continuing Education Requirements: 12 hours per year including 3 hours of Risk Management. Mississippi does not accept online courses, however Collum Seminars live events are accepted.
Chiropractic continuing education requirements are subject to change and therefore, all Chiropractic licensee's are ultimately responsible for being up to date with their state's continuing education requirements.
